Saranya is the centre leader and is currently studying her Graduate Diploma to bring more knowledge to add to her extensive experience. She is enjoyong the new role and our area manager is there to support and guide our new leaders. Saranya enjoys building connections and creating a warm and safe environment for the children
Andy is an ECT and is leading our Preschool room, Andy loves creating hands on activities and focuses on getting to know each individual child and how they learn best.
Linda is an ECT and is in the Bumblebee room. Linda has extensive experience and is sharing that with our newer educators to support their growth while focusing on enhancing our teaching in the younger age groups.
Manisha is diploma trained and has just joined LLA and is looking forward to growing with us. Manisha loves making connections and ineteracting with each child to build that connection.
Saraniya has been with LLA since we began and has gone from a trainee cert 3 to almost completing her Diploma. Saraniya enjoys reading stories and doing art and craft with the children.
Hanan is our trainee who started last year and has lots of energy, Hanan enjoys singing and dancing with the children and getting the active.
Little Learners Academy Austral is a beautiful centre. It’s hard to find such a hands on director at childcare centre these days. The educators are phenomenal. They go above and beyond to cater all our needs and my toddler is extremely happy and thrives at this centre. Highly recommend to all parents out there! You know your kids are in good hands.
Very thankful to the team at Little Learners Academy Austral, they have been so helpful in helping my daughter adapt to childcare with there gentle and thoughtful approach. The centre is big enough for the kids but also they only have 50 kids at the centre so you feel like your not sending your child to a chaotic place with a lot of kids, they still that special care that smaller centres provide.
Great centre always clean & tidy, staff are very supportive & welcoming. The learning programs for the children are educational especially the school readiness programs. Children are assisted to make friends & learn social skills through their interactions. I would recommend Kids Kinder to everyone!
I have my children in this centre, i am very happy since the new management took over. The staffs and the service is amazing, every day fresh food cooked for children and children are fed and cared so well. Centre always clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this centre
Our 4 & 2 year old love this childcare. They look forward to play with their friends and meet their teachers during their school days. Teachers are amazing there. Sally (Director) and her team are very experience, easy to communicate, and provide plenty of feedbacks for my kids. I learnt a lot about our kids from the teachers.
3 of my children have attended this childcare over the years and I can not fault them at all. If you want your child to be treated as one of their own and feel like they are at home, safe and cared for then this is the place to be! Very clean, family oriented, inclusive, diverse, fed well and most importantly loved!
My previous childcare centre wasn't what meeting my son's needs so when I searched for a quality centre for pre school, Little Learners Academy came up and I just say I was impressed by how clean and professional they were. My son had speech delay and always played on his own at the old centre, I noticed such a big difference from the 1st week how talkative he got and love the fact that they have a buddy system so no child is ever playing alone. I only wish I found it sooner as my son flourished. Best staff a love the activities they have for them little Joeys, dance worx and happy feet. Best center!
Little Learners Academy is a fantastic organisation which has never disappointed my family and I. The educators are so welcoming , bubbly and always smiling. This centre has changed my child in so many ways and ensured my child got best of the best . Thank you ladies so much! You're the best.
My boy Rivaan kharel been there for a month, in just few week he learn so many good thing and skill ,my family was surprised about his changes. I want to thanks all the team, educators, carers out there who did fantastic job.
The atmosphere of the staff and centre is amazing. The staff take very good care of our children and the work that they give for children's home work and at childcare is very good. My children have learnt so much and really like the staff and teachers there !!! ”

Yes, we enjoy sharing special occasions at the centre and if you let us know that you are happy to cleebrate your child's birthday and the day we will have our cook prepare cupcakes to share to ensure we cater for all children including those with allergies.
The centre has CCTV and all staff are aware of the policy around child safety, all staff are trained in child protection and management pride themselves on ensuring that we have processes in place to minimise risks to children.
